Our Classes

Body Synergie Yoga offers a variety of yoga classes for all levels led by experienced Certified Instructors in a friendly, supportive environment. We strive to encourage and empower our students by offering focused practice and instruction and fostering community.

 

Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice for the Private Sessions and Bodywork will be charged 50% of the service and no shows will be charged 100% of the service

Space is limited for the Pole Fitness Classes so cancellations less then 12 hour notice and o shows will be charged 100% of the service
