Aerial Yoga

Class Description

No experience necessary ! During this class you will use aerial silk hammocks to perform yoga poses and flows. Benefits include increased flexibility and circulation, improved core strength, and best of all a boost in confidence and mood! Plus it's FUN!

Cancellation Policy

24 Hour Cancellation Policy Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice for the Private Sessions and Bodywork will be charged 50% of the service and no shows will be charged 100% of the service.
