OWNER & CERTIFIED INSTRUCTOR

Imagine living in a flexible, balanced body free of pain, stiffness, and chronic stress. Imagine living in a body at ease with itself and able to meet life's physical, mental, and emotional challenges. You can expect this from receiving Rolfing® Structural Integration or CranioSacral Therapy. These techniques restore & balance the nervous system while releasing the effects of stress, injury, and trauma.

JONATHAN IMBURGIA

I've always connected intuitively with healing and helping people with my hands. As a child, I remember feeling my hands "turn on" and get warm. I was drawn towards wanting to ease the pain of others. It wasn't long before friends and family came to me when they were hurting. I was first exposed to the Healing Arts by undergoing Rolfing treatments myself. This exposure, plus my desire to help others set my intention to become licensed in Rolfing and Craniosacral Therapy.

I first became a Licensed Massage Therapist when I was 19. I next received certification in CranioSacral therapy from the Upledger Institute. Additionally, I have completed the following training in CranioSacral Therapy: Advanced Training, The Brain Speaks, Pediatrics, Somatic Emotional Release Levels One and Two, and CranioSacral Therapy for Unwinding the Meridians.

I then began my study of Rolfing. I first completed levels One and Two of Visceral Manipulation through the Barral Institute. In 2004, I completed the program and became a Certified Rolfer. In 2019, I completed my Advanced Rolfing Certification in Boulder, Colorado, at the Ida Rolf Institute. I continue to study, grow, and share the benefits of these healing therapies.

CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY

CST uses a light touch to examine membranes and the movement of fluids in and around the central nervous system. Relieving tension in the central nervous system promotes well-being by eliminating pain and boosting health and immunity.

At its most basic, Rolfing™ is a form of deep tissue bodywork known as structural integration. This therapy is designed to improve the alignment and balance of the body for improved function and can help improve and enhance physical abilities.
