All ages and abilities are welcome! Tai Chi/ Qigong classes have many benefits including maintaining a healthy weight and blood pressure, improving heart health and immune function, and lowering your risk for falls!

Cancellation Policy

24 Hour Cancellation Policy Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice for the Private Sessions and Bodywork will be charged 50% of the service and no shows will be charged 100% of the service.
