Class Description

We’ll begin with gentle silk-supported stretches to release tension in the hips and heart, followed by a deeply immersive sound bath experienced while cocooned inside the aerial hammocks. All levels welcome

Cancellation Policy

24 Hour Cancellation Policy Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice for the Private Sessions and Bodywork will be charged 50% of the service and no shows will be charged 100% of the service.
