Class Description
The aerial yoga hammock is hung below the knee and is used as a prop to help support you and lift you up while assisting in a deeper stretch. The session will end with a floating Savasana cocooned in the hammock while listening to the soothing vibrations of crystal alchemy singing bowls. If you are curious about aerial yoga or meditation this is a gentle way to begin your practice.
Cancellation Policy
24 Hour Cancellation Policy Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice for the Private Sessions and Bodywork will be charged 50% of the service and no shows will be charged 100% of the service.
