Flow Yoga (Vinyasa)

Class Description

Flow is a vigorous class where the movements are connected in a flowing manner, and linking movement with the breath is a primary focus. Beginners are welcome and will be encouraged to pace themselves and focus on mastering the basic poses before moving on to the more complex poses.

Cancellation Policy

24 Hour Cancellation Policy Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice for the Private Sessions and Bodywork will be charged 50% of the service and no shows will be charged 100% of the service.
