What students have said about the Tibetan Rites:
"Dr. Dariah has presented this amazing form of Yoga in a way that anyone will have time to do it every day, regardless of our busy schedules. It is way beyond exercise as it opens the energy centers in our bodies, and I have noticed so much more stamina and vital energy." - Elaine Dodson, Dallas
"I learned the Tibetan Rights over two years ago and do them every morning. They are a great start to the morning and take only a few minutes to do, yet yield such wonderful benefits. They energize and center me for the day ahead." - Lori, Dallas
"I do the Tibetan Rites 5-6 days a week. I am 68 and have the energy and vitality I had 30 years ago." - Bruce Paton
