We are currently offering Basic Aerial Yoga, and will eventually add Restorative Aerial Yoga and Aerial Tricks classes. The classes are one hour long with a seperate pricing from the other classes. With only seven available hammocks, be sure to register early for your class here.

Registration is under workshops. You will be asked to make an account with MindBody. Once that is completed, click on the corrected date for your class under the workshops tab. You will then be asked to pay for the class. Registration is not complete until the class is paid for.
A new study from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) found that women who did three 50-minute aerial yoga classes a week for six weeks lost an average of two and a half pounds, 2 percent body fat, and about one inch from their waist, all while amping their VO2 max (a measure of fitness) by a whopping 11 percent. In fact, aerial yoga qualifies as a moderate-intensity workout that, at times, can veer into vigorous territory.
Spine Decompression - the inversions in aerial yoga are completely supported, so no worries of falling out of the pose, and since they're not weight bearing, there won't be compression in the neck, wrists, or shoulders.
Improves Flexibility - Aerial yoga helps you move more freely with less effort by counteracting gravity. Suspension in the air releases tenion on the bones and muscles, increasing flexibility and deepening your practice. Suspended yoga strengthens core muscles and increases spinal and shoulder flexibilty.
Total Body Workout - Due to the nature of aerial yoga movements, almost all of the body parts are forced to move and stretch. Muscles are toned and redefined, and joints are regenerated and strengthened due to these movements.
Pyschologically beneficial - Just like almost any other workout, aerial yoga helps rebuild your emotional system because it clears the mind and relieves stress due to its meditative state. It also helps you combat stress throughout the day.
You are only suspended three or so feet from the ground during aerial classes depending on the height of your pelvis, and lower for restorative aerial yoga. Therefore, the risk of injury from falling is minimal.
The hammocks are made out of special, high-density nylon material that can support over 2,000 pounds, and they are held up by by steel carabineers, support chains and webbing straps.
